Yes, we offer international shipping services from major US ports with weekly sailings to anywhere in the world. We handle everything needed for exporting the vehicle: pick up from auctions and delivery to our warehouses near a port of departure, condition reports and photographs, container and RORO shipments, and US Customs clearance. Our live tracking system allows you to track your vehicle shipping process in real time. Your vehicle will be delivered quickly and safely!
Items purchased at bantamaafricancaribbeanmarket by or from dealers or resellers are not eligable for return, refund, or exchange.

Return Policy. Our Return Process is simple and hassle free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 60 days from your item's ship date. Returns must be in original condition , unused with original labels. Your return item (s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed.
Courier contact details
How can I contact my courier?
On a missed collection or delivery, the courier may choose
to leave a contact number on the calling card. However, our
couriers do not have to leave their details as they are self-
employed and use their personal mobile phones.
We are unable to provide you with the couriers' contact
details due to data protection laws, but we can contact the
courier on your behalf, in regards to a myHermes delivery.
Unfortunately, if your query relates to a parcel from a
retailer, we are unable to contact the courier for you- you
will need to contact your retailer who can raise the query
with our sister company (Hermes), on your behalf.
